Our nursery provides a safe and loving environment for children and infants through 3 years old.  The nursery is available during Sunday school and all church services.  Pagers are provided for parents.

Children's Sunday School

There are three Children’s Sunday School classes: 4k/5k, 1st-3rd grade, and 4th-6th grade.  In these classes, children are taught God’s Word from Genesis to Revelation using a Christ-centered Sunday School curriculum called Show Me Jesus.

Children's Choir

Children's Choir meets Sunday afternoons at 5:00 pm in the choir room and finish in the Fellowship Hall with a snack supper.  Children in 2nd through 6th grade are taught how to sing and worship God in a fun and winsome environment.

Children's Church

During our morning worship service, we offer Children’s Church for children ages 4 through 6.  This consists of a worship service with singing, prayer, and God’s Word—using the Jesus Storybook Bible curriculum—in order to train our children to participate in corporate worship with the rest of God’s people. Children’s Church is offered on all Sundays except the first Sunday of the month.

Kid's Quest

On Wednesday nights at 6 - 7:15 p.m., we offer a catechism class called Kid’s Quest (divided into a 4k/5k class, a 1st-3rd grade class, and a 4th-6th grade class).  By means of singing and teaching the catechism, we teach our covenant children the grammar and foundational truths of the faith to prepare them to worship God.  Our prayer is that families can then build on that foundation as their children grow to understand and own this faith in their relationship with God.

First Presbyterian Kindergarten

The mission of First Presbyterian Kindergarten is to provide a Christian educational environment and curriculum which will promote a strong foundation for life-long learning.  We will work alongside parents and assist children in developing a personal relationship with Jesus as Lord as they learn of God and His desire for them to glorify Him while advancing academically, socially, spiritually and emotionally.
