Greg Duke

Greg and his
wife Courtney are both from Montgomery, Alabama and have been married
for 13 years. They are the proud parents of three very active little
boys. Greg was the youth pastor here at FPC (1994-97) before moving
to Dalton, Georgia where he served at Grace Presbyterian Church
(1997-2005). He's now back on staff helping us with outreach, member
care and administration. Greg is also earning his Master of Arts
in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary and working
towards ordination in the PCA.
Prior to youth
ministry, he spent several years writing and performing his music
for churches, youth retreats and college campuses throughout the
Southeast. His hobbies include hiking, reading, turkey hunting,
building massive lego structures, and song writing.

Worship Director
William Harper
|
William serves
as our Director of Worship Arts and Children's Ministries. Prior
to joining the staff here in 1999 he worked as Training Coordinator
for the Kirklin Clinic in Birmingham and served in several bi-vocational
positions in Music and Children's ministry. He received his education
at the University of North Alabama and Huntingdon College. William
has been involved in a range of musical activities and seeks to
incorporate a variety of musical traditions with our own reformed
heritage.
William has been active with church, collegiate and community musical
organizations and directs the Prattville Community Chorus. He has
also performed in community and regional theatrical productions;
favorite roles include the King in The King and I and the Cowardly
Lion in The Wizard of Oz. William is a member of Delta Omicron Music
Honor Society, Phi Theta Kappa, and Kappa Kappa Psi.

Kay Pirtle |
Kay is originally from Iowa and after graduating
high school decided to begin her career in office work with a job
in Washington, D.C. It was there 35 years ago that she met and married
John Pirtle, a native Alabamian. She is the mother of 3 children:
Beth, a recent graduate of University of South Alabama in Mobile;
Jake, soon to graduate from MMI and receive his commission as 2nd
Lieutenant in the Alabama National Guard; and Lucas, a junior at
Billingsley High School. Kay has devoted most of her career to office
administration for law firms. She is active in her church and volunteers
her services to AICC. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and gardening.

Youth Director
Tyler Smith |
Tyler is our new youth director working with
Junior and Senior High students. He graduated in the spring of 2006
from Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque Iowa with a degree in Theology
and Biblical Exposition and has already begun using his gifts in
ministry.
Tyler is also a very gifted singer/songwriter.
Ask him to play one of his works for you; you'll be amazed.
